With the forward tilted engine, round tank badges and tailpiece, I would say it's a Norton Commando 750 Fastback.

That's a 1968 Norton Commando Fastback 750cc, at the time just about the fastest and coolest thing on the road. I doubt that Cass owned the bike though. Too fast for her!

I have to withdraw my comment on Cass not owning the bike. Maybe she did. Found a listing on some guy talking about going for a ride with Cass on her Sporster. My sexist bad.
